What kind of characters are available in the software?

In case if an outfit from a specific ethnicity (such as Indian, Arabic, etc.) is required, will that be possible?
Yes, some of the most common options can be viewed here.
Can you customize and use our product images or screenshots in the video?
Your images can be used as provided without any customizations under this package.
Do we get the storyboard in this package?
No, this is a basic package where videos are made using templates. Graphic storyboards are designed when graphics are created from scratch.
Can I get a custom character made in this package?
No, but you can choose from a wide variety of characters that are available in our library.
What If the video exceeds the timeframe by 4-5 seconds? How much extra will be charged?
In case if the script is within the word limit of the original order, we’ll charge you on a pro-rata basis.
If more revisions than offered are required, what will be the additional cost?
For most cases, the number of offered revisions is sufficient. Our process ensures that you get a perfect video with fewer revisions. In case if you need additional revisions, they would be charged at 25% of the order value.
I didn't like any voice actor from your list. What are my options?
We have a list of premium voice actors. These voiceovers can be purchased separately and can be used in your video.
Why can't I get source files?
The web-based software that we use to develop these videos does not have the feature export source files.
