These videos can be used on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc. You can use them as instream, out-stream, and non-skippable ads.

Can you design a custom character?

We use stock characters that are available for free. Designing a custom character is not included in this package.

What if I require more than 2 sizes?

Do reach out to us in that case and we’ll help you with a custom quote for additional sizes.

Will there be an additional charge if the duration exceeds?

If the purchased duration is 15 seconds and your video is beyond 15 seconds but under 25 seconds then you’ll be charged for 25 seconds. Beyond 25 seconds, you will be charged on a pro-rata basis.

Other packages are priced at $200 per 30 seconds. How is $190 for 15 seconds justified?

This package offers you the video in 2 resolutions and you’ll have access to creative directors who specialize in ad making.

How many words are included in 15 seconds or 25 seconds?

We recommend 30 words for 15 seconds and 50 words for 25 seconds. However, we have not put a cap on the word count.

I only need the video in a single size. I can also provide a script and voice-over. What will be the charges in that case?

We are happy to accommodate branded components such as scripts, voice-overs, or a single specific size but the price stays the same for the video package.
